- MODALITIES
In this section you will be able to choose, design, consult
and order your trip to THE GREAT SOUTH PARK.
You have a choice between these two modalities:
- To select Regular Programs, as they are presented,
filling out the corresponding form and proceeding in the
way indicated.
- To design a Tailor-made Travel Program, sending
the corresponding form and initiating the process indicated.
NOTE: WE WOULD BE THANKFUL IF YOU COULD AVOID SENDING
THESE FORMS TO US UNTIL YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR DESTINATION
SO AS TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF YOUR TIME AND OURS.
- GENERAL PAYMENT PROCEDURES
EcoAustral accepts the following payment procedures:
- Deposit in EcoAustrals bank account in dollars,
which is indicated to the client in the reservation process.
- Payment through credit card, for which the client must
send a Fax properly signed, authorizing the charge to
card number.
- Payment with checks, which should be sent to EcoAustral
via Courier or certified air mail.
- Any other procedure suggested by the client and formally
accepted by EcoAustral.
- REGULAR PROGRAM RESERVATIONS
SELECTION
In the first place, these can be selected by DESTINY,
ACTIVITY
or by SEARCHING
WORDS or CONCEPTS that indicate your aspirations
or expectations of the trip.
Please remember that these programs DO NOT INCLUDE air
transport to and from Chile or within your own country,
as also hotels in Santiago, unless otherwise indicated.
Nevertheless, we can arrange such reservations for you
if you so desire and make this clear when sending your
pre-reservation.
PRE - RESERVATION
When you have made your selection and know clearly who
will travel and when, you should proceed to fill out the
pre-reservation form, following the instructions that
are indicated there.
RESERVATION
We will answer your pre-reservation through the Operator
concerned, to confirm the programs feasibility,
and it will be considered a firm reservation only once
this has been agreed between you and EcoAustral. Then
you must effectuate the prepayment with a credit card
(Web payment), or a deposit on the indicated account.
The corresponding Operator will identify itself and will
send its data as regards e-mail, fax and telephone numbers.
CONDITIONS:
We request you to remember the GENERAL
TERMS and CONDITIONS of ECOAUSTRALS SUPPLY, and
eventually the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS of the selected
program, before carrying out the confirmation of your
reservation, because they are the basis of your agreement
with EcoAustral.
Your reservation will only be confirmed once our bank
receives your pre-payment or total payment deposit, according
to the case.
We will send you an e-mail or fax to confirm the address
that you have indicated to us.
VOUCHERS AND TRANSPORT
Once you have completed the total payment of your trip,
according to the terms and conditions that have been agreed
upon for the chosen program, we will send you the vouchers
(service orders) and the tickets that your program involves,
to the address you have indicated, as well as the detailed
Itinerary, including complimentary welcome service if
you confirm it.
Then you will be able to begin your trip, using the means
of transport you have reserved on your own or through
EcoAustral.
- TAILORMADE PROGRAM RESERVATIONS
DESIGN
First of all, you must design your own trip, including
the Itinerary and Activities that you would like to do
in Chile and the means of transport you want to use, taking
into consideration the regular information provided on
this Web site about Territorial Destinations, Programs
and Activities, which will give you an idea of our offer
and the possibilities open to you.
PRE RESERVATION
Once you know clearly the Itinerary, Activities and means
of transport that you wish to choose, as well as the number
of passengers and the dates of the trip, you should fill
out and send us the respective pre-reservation form, following
the instructions that are indicated there.
Do not forget to indicate if you need any transport as
well as hotel reservations in Santiago or other intermediate
cities before arriving at the final destinations.
RESERVATION
We will respond to you through the corresponding Operator
to confirm the feasibility of your pre-reservation and
the respective price quote. This will only become a confirmed
reservation once it has been agreed between you and EcoAustral,
and you have carried out the prepayment with a credit
card (Web payment) or have effectuated the respective
deposit in the bank account indicated.
The corresponding Operator will identify itself and send
you its data as regards e-mail, fax and telephone numbers.
CONDITIONS

and also consider eventual specific terms for your particular
tailor made program opportunely informed to you.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will adjust to the terms specified in the
General Terms and conditions of EcoAustrals supply
and also to the specific conditions required for your
program.
Your reservation will only become a confirmed reservation
once our bank receives your pre-payment or total payment
deposit, according to the case.
We will send you an e-mail or fax to confirm the address
that you have indicated.
