Specially design for young snowboard lovers, this trip offers the unique opportunity to snowboard on actives volcanoes with an incredible view and surroundings of amazing beauty. All this combined with the complete relaxation that is offered at the facilities of the hotel and thermal baths in the foothills of the impressive volcanoes.

Itinerary


Day 01: Welcoming at the airport and transportation to the hotel of your choice.

Day 02: Breakfast. Transportation to Santiago's airport to take the flight to the city of Temuco. Our tour guide welcomes the group at the airport. He'll lead the group to the amazing mountain range area. Lunch at a typical southern restaurant. After lunch we head to the town of Lonquimay by crossing Las Raíces Tunnel (largest in South America, built in 1930). Accommodations at the hostel run by the local community. This day you'll rest until next day's ski excursion, so there is time to explore the fantastic surrounding areas. Dinner and lodging at the hostel.

Day 03: Early morning we head to Los Arenales Ski resort. In the afternoon, you can snowboarding on the foothills of Lonquimay Volcano, which is 2.865-mts. The volcano's shape is quite impressive due to its truncated cone. Box lunch at the van. Dinner and lodging at the hostal.

Day 04: Snowboarding at Lonquimay volcano. Box Lunch at the van. Late afternoon check out the hostel and head to the region's main city called Temuco. Dinner and lodging at the hotel.

Day 05: Full day snowboarding at Llaima Volcano (three runs, 2 ski lifts (hook). After breakfast we depart to Araucarias Ski Center located inside Conguillio National Park. This National Park is also known as Los Paraguas (the umbrellas), its peculiar name is due to the Araucaria's tree shape. The volcano reaches 3.125 mts and its slopes reach 1.800 meters high. Ideal for all levels. Box lunch at the van. Afternoon departure to Temuco. Dinner and lodging at the hotel in Temuco.

Day 06: After breakfast we'll depart from Temuco to the town of Pucón. Accommodations at the hotel. In this mountain village famous for its active volcano, you'll enjoy an excellent afternoon and lunch at Huife Hot Springs, where you can relax before the next day' snowboard excursion. The Huife Hot Springs are 33 kms northeast from the town of Pucón. It has two outdoor pools, the water reaches more than 58 ºC, being ideal for resting and relaxing. Dinner and lodging at the hotel.

Day 07: After breakfast you'll go snowboarding on Villarrica Volcano's foothills located inside Villarrica National Park. The volcano is 2.840 mts. Coigüe forests characterize the landscape. This mountain has 4 ski lifts and 5 hook lifts, with 20 suitable runs for all levels. Box Lunch at the van. Farewell dinner at a well-known restaurant in Pucon. Lodging at the hotel.

Day 08: After breakfast we'll return to Temuco's airport, where you'll take the flight to Santiago. At the city's airport we'll take you to the hotel. Next day, we'll take you to the international airport. End of services.

In Lonquimay: Trekking through native forests. Tour around Lonquimay and Argentinean border area.
Hot springs day at the rustic Tolhuaca Hot Springs.
In Pucón: Rafting Trancura River. Visit the volcanic caves in Villarrica National Park. Huife Hot Springs
